ANNA WEYANT: DRAWINGS

Winter Street Gallery is pleased to present Anna Weyant: Drawings, a solo exhibition of works on paper. On view from August 20 until September 26, this is the first presentation dedicated to Weyant’s drawing practice.

The exhibition is accompanied by a comprehensive monograph, featuring 50 works spanning the past three years. The publication includes a newly commissioned text by Emma Allen, and a conversation between Anna Weyant and Robin F. Williams. Alongside the main print run are ten special edition copies, each containing a unique drawing by the artist.

Anna Weyant (b. 1995, Calgary, Canada) received her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, Providence. Weyant’s work was the subject of the solo exhibitions Loose Screw at Blum & Poe, Los Angeles in 2021 and Welcome to the Dollhouse at 56 Henry, New York in 2019. Her work has been featured in group shows at Kasmin, New York, C L E A R I N G, New York, Anna Zorina Gallery, New York, Recharge Foundation, Singapore, Ochi Projects, Los Angeles, Nina Johnson Gallery, Miami, and Local Projects, Long Island City.
